Shipping & Delivery
We’re proud to say that the overwhelming majority of orders received are shipped the same business day. However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival date for your order, be sure to add 1-business day for processing of the order to the estimated shipping times below.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

Shipping is charged according to the total value of the product in your cart:
Orders of $0 – $50 ship for $5
Orders of $50 – $99 ship for $10
Orders of $100 and over ship for free.

Shipping Times
Most orders received by us before 3.30pm NZ Time are shipped the same business day. If you received our order confirmation email Monday – Friday, before 3.30pm NZ Time, your order will be shipped the same day we received it. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped the following business day.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time. International Shipping is available. For overseas orders you might want to contact us before ordering to get an estimate of delivery times and cost.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information you may provide to us by ensuring your e-mail address and any other personal information about you will only be disclosed to relevant staff and contractors and used for the purpose of responding to a request or to carry out instructions.

We will not sell or give your e-mail address to anyone else. Please be aware that e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception so you should only send information necessary for us to provide you with the assistance you require.

Returns & Replacements
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. An exchange for another item for the same price of your choosing, excluding the shipping price, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. No refunds will be given.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased. If the product is not available, we will also let you know by email.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment must be received within 10 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within this time frame the item will not be shipped. We accept credit cards for payment. Funds must clear before the item is shipped, so please allow up to 3 days for confirmation that your payment has cleared. The name that will appear on your credit card statement will be Air Tool Solutions.
